The Concourse-Markon Joint Venture wins prime position on GSA OASIS SB Pool 1 Contract

OASIS SB ENABLES THE SDVOSB CMJV TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT, COST-EFFECTIVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES GOVERNMENT-WIDE

OASIS LogoThe General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business (OASIS SB) Pool 1 contract to the Concourse-Markon Joint Venture (CMJV).

GSA designates OASIS as a “Best-In-Class" government-wide, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity acquisition agreement to provide complex, integrated professional services across the federal government. With no program ceiling, OASIS has a five-year period of performance, plus one five-year option.

Under the much-anticipated OASIS contract, the CMJV will provide an agile workforce capable of advanced solutions associated with program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial professional services.

Government clients that leverage OASIS SB to work with the CMJV will benefit from the low contract access fee (CAF), standardized labor categories, and receive small business credit under the service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) category.

“OASIS is a major win for the CMJV, and we are ready to leverage the contract vehicle to enhance the way we serve existing and new customers,” said CMJV Managing Member Geoff Perkins. “This contract can be accessed across the federal government.  It is cost-effective for our clients while supporting flexibility for different contract types in a streamlined fashion. It is truly a win-win for all parties.”

OASIS, now in its second iteration, has been highly successful. Agencies have obligated over $11.34 B in funding over the first four years of the contract, and funding has steadily increased from $565 M in FY15 to over $5.26 B in FY18.
